POA Verification Status

This event is dispatched whenever the status of a user's Proof of Address (POA) verification changes. It provides real-time updates on the verification lifecycle, from initial submission to final approval or rejection. Use this webhook to automate user communication and internal workflows based on the outcome of the POA check.

Status Descriptions:

WAITING: The initial status after a document has been submitted. It is now in the queue awaiting review by our team.

APPROVED: The document has been successfully reviewed and accepted. The POA verification for this user is complete.

REJECTED: The document has been reviewed and permanently rejected. This may be due to the document being invalid, expired, or fraudulent. The user will likely need to submit a different document.

QUESTIONED: The document has been reviewed, but an issue prevents its approval (e.g., the image is blurry, a corner is cut off, or information is illegible). The user needs to take corrective action, such as re-uploading a clearer image.
